"Conejo Valley Roofing completed a full roof replacement of our home and garage in July, installing over 4,000 sf of Presidential TL roofing and attic fans. They replaced vent pipes, removed unnecessary vent pipes and more. We would not hesitate to recommend Conejo to our friends and family.
We selected Conejo after obtaining four proposals. We met with the company's owner, Spencer. The bid was competitively priced and the job was completed on time (actually ahead of the original schedule).
From the bidding process, to communicating the start and finish timelines, to obtaining the permit, to addressing issues that sometimes arise during projects of this scope and size, we found Spencer to be responsive, knowledgeable and fair."

"After researching several companies, we chose Conejo and made the right choice. The job was very well project managed and done within 4 days with a full crew dedicated to getting it done. They did a great job cleaning up and I never found a nail. They provided attention to detail. The pricing was lower and warranty is the same. Why go anywhere else!"

He walked me through the varies options and decisions... and generated the quote quickly. Conejo Valley Roofing was VERY competitive and provided the best value overall for the work that was needed. The team arrived, the tear off was done quickly, professionally and they cleaned up as they went. Repairs were completed, inspection went smooth and then installed all the new materials, the team was awesome and worked quickly. The team Spencer has is top notch and very professional.
